Batista Yanez was extremely unlucky when he, in the 12th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Bittor Gama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Ziarza, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 19th minute, Batista Yanez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25th minute, Ermano Calona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute Egun Cascos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zayvion Obaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 minutes, Iturri Sanes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Fusa and the NACIONAL F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Egun Cascos made a kick off. Jose Ziarza might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bittor Gama. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jose Ziarza ran back to his position shaking his head. When Jerico Fontao came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the NACIONAL F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jerico Fontao couldn't finish the play. Egun Cascos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zayvion Obaya having to interfere. After a rather tough play, NACIONAL F.C's Barea Leiro got a free kick in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batista Yanez in the 70th minute of play forced AC Fusa's goalkeeper Bittor Gama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Egun Cascos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zayvion Obaya. NACIONAL F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egun Cascos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of AC Fusa booed when NACIONAL F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barea Leiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. AC Fusa's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
