Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gustau Durazo got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 18 minutes, Erauso Fandiño managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caracol FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erauso Fandiño was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Micael Gota was a little too slow when Vicente Villacis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 2-0. Baraquiel Mujica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vigil Grandoso in the 27th minute of play. Micael Gota stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustau Durazo's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Micael Gota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustau Durazo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vistruario Samperio kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. If Gustau Durazo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Vicente Villacis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Vicente Villacis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maceo's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Villacis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Micael Gota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

58 minutes into the match, Maceo's Gustau Durazo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Micael Gota narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Caracol FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustau Durazo came free, but Micael Gota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baraquiel Mujica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vigil Grandoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Gustau Durazo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erauso Fandiño got free with Baraquiel Mujica in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vigil Grandoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baraquiel Mujica having to interfere. Baraquiel Mujica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vigil Grandoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quintan Camazon kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Vigil Grandoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Baraquiel Mujica tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute Gustau Durazo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Micael Gota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gualterio Solbeida came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Caracol FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gualterio Solbeida couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Maceo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Caracol FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
