But to his dismay, Selmo Pison quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 12th minute, Selmo Pison made a precise shot to the right of Medardo Prado. ATP World Tour's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 17th minute, Alex Goitia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute, Selmo Pison got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to ATP World Tour getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Diogo Lambarida hit a great ball. In the 30th minute Selmo Pison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Medardo Prado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Selmo Pison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Goitia during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The ATP World Tour players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ambalema were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Selmo Pison was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Ambalema's zone, Cedro Serra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vitorino Jofre came out of the goal and Cedro Serra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Selmo Pison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Medardo Prado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Selmo Pison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Patricio Neira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chale Vaca took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vitorino Jofre. Vitorino Jofre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chale Vaca in the 75th minute of play forced Ambalema's goalkeeper Vitorino Jofre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind ATP World Tour's goalkeeper Medardo Prado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ATP World Tour's Chale Vaca got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Medardo Prado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patricio Neira in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selmo Pison in the 94th minute of play forced ATP World Tour's goalkeeper Medardo Prado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ambalema's Selmo Pison got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
