In the 16thth minute of the game Xalbador Cabezas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC America's Cloyo Fariña was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Guacari FC's goal looked a bit too open when Medardo Espelz came free, but Camerino Oyuelos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC America's Medardo Espelz got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dolfos Feo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Cloyo Fariña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Xalbador Cabezas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Jaime Pages's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cloyo Fariña was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Dolfos Feo in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Dolfos Feo might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cloyo Fariña. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dolfos Feo ran back to his position shaking his head. Dolfos Feo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Cloyo Fariña made a huge save. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xalbador Cabezas to strike the kick off in the second half. Manni Ucieda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camerino Oyuelos having to interfere. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC America's goalkeeper Cloyo Fariña, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Garoa Torrienta in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Camerino Oyuelos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dolfos Feo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC America's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Manni Ucieda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camerino Oyuelos having to interfere. Guacari FC's Dolfos Feo got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 95 played minutes FC America got a freekick which was hit by Mero Acaro. If Dolfos Feo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
