Saul Atencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerico Goyanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. If Zayveon Sesma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tohias Correduria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saul Atencio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cheche Arzallos in the 24th minute of play forced Une's goalkeeper Saul Atencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th match minute, Royal Guard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calixto Traves to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tohias Correduria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zayveon Sesma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ernesto Tuñon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tohias Correduria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saul Atencio made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Cheche Arzallos sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th match minute, Royal Guard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dino Graniela to maneuver through the defense. When Calixto Traves fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Royal Guard's protests and gave Calixto Traves a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Royal Guard getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Calixto Traves hit a great ball. Zayveon Sesma struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ernesto Tuñon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Une. If Micael Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Tohias Correduria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 93 minutes, Cheche Arzallos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Royal Guard's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cheche Arzallos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Une's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
