Saul Atencio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zaragaza. In the 8th minute, Zayveon Sesma made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Sobrefuentes. Zaragaza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Bruno Sobrefuentes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Micael Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Sobrefuentes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Micael Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 19 played minutes Zaragaza got a freekick which was hit by Lohitzun Valdecañas. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Une's goalkeeper Saul Atencio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 24th match minute, Une was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Sedeño to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Une getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Batista Barcia hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Micael Tinoco in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Sobrefuentes saved Zaragaza from getting behind. 31 minutes into the game, Vasco Terres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zaragaza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Une the free kick. After 31 played minutes Zaragaza got a freekick which was hit by Vasco Terres. In the 33rd minute Micael Tinoco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Sobrefuentes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saul Atencio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peruxu Ugarte in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute of the match Zaragaza got a corner. Une's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gonza Caniego ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Zaragaza's Gonza Caniego to fire away a dangerous shot which Saul Atencio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Peruxu Ugarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Atencio having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Paco Zugasti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute, Micael Tinoco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Valentim Ameyugo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Saul Atencio, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

If Peruxu Ugarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saul Atencio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valentim Ameyugo's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. After 66 played minutes Une got a freekick which was hit by Batista Barcia. After some careless play in the Une defense, Peruxu Ugarte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saul Atencio. The Une fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saul Atencio should have stopped the shot. After 71 minutes, Teodoro Pastor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zaragaza and the Une players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Zaragaza's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zayveon Sesma fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Zaragaza booed when Une was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvator Monterroso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Peruxu Ugarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zaragaza's supporters rose to their feet, but Peruxu Ugarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saul Atencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valentim Ameyugo took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saul Atencio. Saul Atencio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 91 minutes into the match, Valentim Ameyugo notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Une's Saul Atencio. Saul Atencio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zayveon Sesma in the 94th minute of play forced Zaragaza's goalkeeper Bruno Sobrefuentes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 99th minute Adrio Parraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Atencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zaragaza's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
