Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bazkoare Pinos made the kick off which started today's match. Bazkoare Pinos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Perrando Valben might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lluques Dueñas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Perrando Valben ran back to his position shaking his head. Guillermo Cortez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Balanza having to interfere. In the 13th minute Perrando Valben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lluques Dueñas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blanco Zumel struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Alejandro Balanza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guachegal. Ekain Esterina's late challenge caught a Guachegal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ekain Esterina helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Guachegal booed when PAPUS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ekain Esterina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ixona Borregon got in the 23rd minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Alejandro Balanza. This was a shot which ended in a score of 1-1. After 26 played minutes PAPUS FC got a freekick which was hit by Ekain Esterina. Guachegal's Blanco Zumel got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alejandro Balanza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guillermo Cortez went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute Blanco Zumel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Balanza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jago Caravantes's late challenge caught a PAPUS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jago Caravantes helped the player get up and apologised. Jago Caravantes hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Blanco Zumel was the one to do the kick off. After 92 played minutes Guachegal got a freekick which was hit by Mirande Durana. In the 93rd minute, Vermudo Azua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bazkoare Pinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guachegal were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of PAPUS FC for a fine match.
