In the 11th minute, Mergildo Andujar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Latinz Kingz's goalkeeper Casomiro Aro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mergildo Andujar. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Vicemte Mezcano managed to get in a good position for a shot. FClub America Cartago S.A's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicemte Mezcano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casomiro Aro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Vicemte Mezcano came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the FClub America Cartago S.A fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicemte Mezcano couldn't finish the play. If Mergildo Andujar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Casomiro Aro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicemte Mezcano in the 45th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cordeiro Balza to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Latinz Kingz's zone, Senin Espoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casomiro Aro came out of the goal and Senin Espoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Casomiro Aro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicemte Mezcano, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 61 minutes, Kepa Mesia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FClub America Cartago S.A and the Latinz Kingz players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kepa Mesia kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Casomiro Aro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicemte Mezcano in the 66th minute of the match. When Kepa Mesia was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. Latinz Kingz's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 72nd minute of the game, when Nel Cembrano after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of FClub America Cartago S.A's goal. Nel Cembrano was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Etxepare Estibalez got free with Lain Olaondo in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Cordeiro Balza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute Cordeiro Balza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lain Olaondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Etxepare Estibalez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 92 minutes, Cordeiro Balza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Latinz Kingz and the FClub America Cartago S.A players grew even worse after the yellow card.
