Marcial Lastras started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Guaitara FC got a freekick which was hit by Luar Salterain. In the 5th minute Luar Salterain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Libertad Zazo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Quinto Boldu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luar Salterain blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Libertad Zazo having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luar Salterain in the 8th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Libertad Zazo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Libertad Zazo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luar Salterain in the 10th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Luar Salterain cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Libertad Zazo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Marcial Lastras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colombia's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcial Lastras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Txatxu Murga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Quinto Boldu might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Libertad Zazo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Quinto Boldu ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Luar Salterain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Libertad Zazo. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Libertad Zazo should have stopped the shot. Libertad Zazo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Guaitara FC's Quinto Boldu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. Quinto Boldu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Libertad Zazo having to interfere. The Guaitara FC fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Guaitara FC's Luar Salterain looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Guaitara FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Asteri Grolet hit a great ball. Libertad Zazo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quinto Boldu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Guaitara FC were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Libertad Zazo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luar Salterain's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. In the 52nd match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Lastras to maneuver through the defense. Luar Salterain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Libertad Zazo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 59 in the game by Quinto Boldu from a close distance when the talented Libertad Zazo managed to make a qualified save. Colombia's players were relieved. Marcial Lastras kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. With a little luck, Colombia's Libertad Zazo got control of the ball when Quinto Boldu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute Luar Salterain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Libertad Zazo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quinto Boldu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Libertad Zazo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luar Salterain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Luar Salterain came free, but Libertad Zazo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Libertad Zazo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Marcial Lastras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Quinto Boldu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 80 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Luar Salterain came free, but Libertad Zazo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, one of Colombia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Colombia. When the match had been going on for 87 minutes, Guaitara FC's Ferdinand Guadiana got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Libertad Zazo. Asteri Grolet's late challenge caught a Colombia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Asteri Grolet helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Colombia booed when Guaitara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asteri Grolet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Libertad Zazo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Quinto Boldu in the 96th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Guaitara FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
