When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kaiet Peñin made a kick off. Paulo Baizan kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Futtown's zone, Tiago Pañizares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cecilio Bascal came out of the goal and Tiago Pañizares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. MILLONARIOS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Futtown the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Kaiet Peñin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Futtown's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaiet Peñin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florentino Subirada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that MILLONARIOS FC were the better team. MILLONARIOS FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
