With a little luck, Todosnovan's Mingo Cimbrelo got control of the ball when Rodrigo Valmaseda tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Xzavion Cabaña's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Taurino Urtado was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 20th match minute, Todosnovan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Villela to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heli Tubia in the 23rd minute of play forced Todosnovan's goalkeeper Mingo Cimbrelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Valmaseda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Rodrigo Valmaseda kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Petri Hondon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Taurino Urtado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Isauro Rado fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Macondo's protests and gave Isauro Rado a yellow card for diving instead. Isauro Rado kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Xzavion Cabaña left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Todosnovan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Petri Hondon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taurino Urtado having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Heli Tubia made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Macondo's goalkeeper Taurino Urtado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xzavion Cabaña. In the 54th minute Petri Hondon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taurino Urtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mingo Cimbrelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heli Tubia in the 59th minute of play. Todosnovan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Macondo the free kick. In the 77th match minute, Todosnovan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petri Hondon to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 80 in the game by Xzavion Cabaña from a close distance when the talented Taurino Urtado managed to make a qualified save. Macondo's players were relieved. Heli Tubia hit a great ball. Taurino Urtado was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Petri Hondon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 90 minute of play. After some careless play in the Todosnovan defense, Heli Tubia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mingo Cimbrelo. The Todosnovan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mingo Cimbrelo should have stopped the shot. The Macondo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Todosnovan's performance. The match ended with a win for Todosnovan.
