Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alberto Magaña made the kick off which started today's match. After 7 played minutes Corcega FC got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Sauto. After 8 played minutes, Suegui FC's Xurxo Armenteros shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mariano Pardelas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Suegui FC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toli Rius in the 11th minute of play forced Suegui FC's goalkeeper Zunbeltz Zugasti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Zarbonin Copeiro fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corcega FC's protests and gave Zarbonin Copeiro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Corcega FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Zarbonin Copeiro hit a great ball. Mariano Pardelas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Magaña, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18th match minute, Corcega FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zarbonin Copeiro to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Suegui FC's Xurxo Armenteros tried to score from far away in the 19th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Suegui FC's Zunbeltz Zugasti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toli Rius in the 24th minute of play. Horado Cacho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Zunbeltz Zugasti made a huge save. Toli Rius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Zunbeltz Zugasti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horado Cacho got free with Zunbeltz Zugasti in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute, Cristobal Coleira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute, Suegui FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Horado Cacho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience was convinced that Toli Rius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zunbeltz Zugasti was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. In the 42nd minute Alberto Magaña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Pardelas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Suegui FC's goal looked a bit too open when Toli Rius came free, but Zunbeltz Zugasti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 47 in the game by Horado Cacho from a close distance when the talented Zunbeltz Zugasti managed to make a qualified save. Suegui FC's players were relieved. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Toli Rius made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Suegui FC's goal looked a bit too open when Horado Cacho came free, but Zunbeltz Zugasti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zunbeltz Zugasti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horado Cacho in the 55th minute of play. If Toli Rius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zunbeltz Zugasti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toli Rius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The attack was good, but when Horado Cacho in the 69th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 71st minute, Cristobal Coleira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the game, Toli Rius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Zunbeltz Zugasti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Toli Rius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zunbeltz Zugasti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horado Cacho went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 85th minute, Toli Rius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Corcega FC's Horado Cacho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zunbeltz Zugasti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Zunbeltz Zugasti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toli Rius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Corcega FC had won after a very even match.
