With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogerio Archimbaud in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cesar Pabon saved Nuquí from getting behind. Club Vigia's Ekaitz Asas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Pujol in the 17th minute of play. Ekaitz Asas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Pujol in the 19th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Americo Pujol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ekaitz Asas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 31 minutes, Egoitz Faxardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nuquí's supporters crossed their fingers, but Egoitz Faxardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute, Restu Godines hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Club Vigia's Odol Gutierrez broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Nuquí's Frances Garantos got a free kick in the 46th minute. Eguzki Gainza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Pabon having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rogerio Archimbaud to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Eguzki Gainza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nuquí's Cesar Pabon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogerio Archimbaud in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. When Egoitz Faxardo came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Nuquí fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egoitz Faxardo couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nuquí walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
