In the 8thth minute of the game Chayo Ceballos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JUVENTUS FC's Lano Carlos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Colon Cando came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by JUVENTUS FC's Ilixo Dorrial. But to his dismay, Ilixo Dorrial quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to JUVENTUS FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Xavies Mendana hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chayo Ceballos in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lano Carlos saved JUVENTUS FC from getting behind. If Chayo Ceballos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 27 in the game by Osvaldo Guete from a close distance when the talented Lano Carlos managed to make a qualified save. JUVENTUS FC's players were relieved. If Chayo Ceballos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. America de Cali's Colon Cando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Lagunas in the 30th minute of play. Xavies Mendana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Colon Cando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Mugica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute George Lagunas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Colon Cando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chayo Ceballos was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as JUVENTUS FC's Xavies Mendana slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Colon Cando. That made the score 0-3 after 55 minutes of play. Colon Cando made an important save on a dangerous shot by George Lagunas in the 59th minute. Osvaldo Guete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Xavies Mendana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xavies Mendana showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Lano Carlos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Guete, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 78th match minute, JUVENTUS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Madeo Arismendi to maneuver through the defense. Colon Cando was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and George Lagunas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. George Lagunas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Miguel Mugica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Lano Carlos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. America de Cali's Osvaldo Guete got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Mugica in the 91st minute of play forced JUVENTUS FC's goalkeeper Lano Carlos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lano Carlos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Mugica went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. JUVENTUS FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
