Efrain Pumareto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oskarbi Guasch was a little too slow when Lalo Losado got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 2-1. If Lalo Losado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Monte Agriano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosio Aldana in the 37th minute of the match. After 39 minutes, Neto Calvon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Águilas Negras Club and the Embudo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Neto Calvon hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute of the match Neto Calvon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Monte Agriano skillfully saved the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rosio Aldana to strike the kick off in the second half. If Rosio Aldana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Gonsalvo Orihuela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Embudo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonsalvo Orihuela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oskarbi Guasch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Neto Calvon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Epifanio Batalle might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Monte Agriano. After a rather tough play, Embudo FC's Gonsalvo Orihuela got a free kick in the 88th minute. Monte Agriano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Epifanio Batalle in the 90th minute. Neto Calvon kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
