Leonardo Bazan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Montay Arruga in the 3rd minute of the match. Ugutz Ferrer struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Medero Quadros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for dep.fusemay. Cesar Oseguera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Medero Quadros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Berrio's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ugutz Ferrer 18 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Ugutz Ferrer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Medero Quadros having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Montay Arruga put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Leonardo Bazan. Ugutz Ferrer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Medero Quadros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute, one of Berrio:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Berrio. The goalkeeper, Medero Quadros, was totally fooled by dep.fusemay's Chuan Jerez, who 35 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Iratxo Machicao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 46th minute Ugutz Ferrer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Medero Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Iratxo Machicao got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a defensive mix-up in Berrio's zone, Iratxo Machicao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Medero Quadros came out of the goal and Iratxo Machicao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th match minute, Berrio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillelmus Pañalosa to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Chuan Jerez in the 58th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Medero Quadros's left hand side. When Montay Arruga came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Berrio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Montay Arruga couldn't finish the play. Ugutz Ferrer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Medero Quadros having to make a save. When Ugutz Ferrer came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the dep.fusemay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ugutz Ferrer couldn't finish the play. Chuan Jerez placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Kaiet Villamor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Leonardo Bazan made a huge save. Montay Arruga was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Leonardo Bazan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Montay Arruga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Montay Arruga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the dep.fusemay players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
