Spectators: 6720 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 0) Palotal's Xacintu Maide started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Zayveon Cortes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ranyave FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zayveon Cortes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Ayerdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mauro Ayerdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selatse Bellid in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute Inaki Fontova shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Ayerdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paublo Canales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xacintu Maide in the 14th minute of play. When Palotal's Xacintu Maide in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ranyave FC's goalie prevented a goal. Inaki Fontova recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mauro Ayerdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selatse Bellid in the 33rd minute of play. After 41 minutes of play, Palotal's Afonso Borjas made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paublo Canales was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Afonso Borjas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Zayveon Cortes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Inaki Fontova made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xacintu Maide in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paublo Canales prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paublo Canales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso Borjas in the 60th minute of the match. Alvaro Arnero hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Zayveon Cortes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Afonso Borjas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Paublo Canales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 70 minutes, Inaki Fontova managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ranyave FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inaki Fontova was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Palotal's Mauro Ayerdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inaki Fontova in the 72nd minute of play. After 78 played minutes Palotal got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Ulloa. In the 79th minute, Ciro Ulloa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, Xacintu Maide had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paublo Canales. Ranyave FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xacintu Maide was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Ciro Ulloa kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Palotal had won after a very even match.
