Columbo Felix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Columbo Felix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Fagildo Arbaiza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, PALU ALTO F.C.'s Ur Henao got a free kick in the 8th minute. When Uzuri Mescua came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Glorioso Atlético Tibauca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uzuri Mescua couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Samuel Almaguer to strike the kick off in the second half. With his leg Fagildo Arbaiza managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Glorioso Atlético Tibauca's Uzuri Mescua fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, PALU ALTO F.C.'s Samuel Almaguer got a free kick in the 55th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matias Magaz during the 58th minute. Olayo Mioño's late challenge caught a PALU ALTO F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
