Oidor Bas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Espiridion Ledrado made a huge save. Xzavion Arintero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Espiridion Ledrado having to interfere. The corner led Itagui FC's Ugaitz Seijon to fire away a dangerous shot which Urti Gandarias despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 88th minute, Teodosio Osas made a precise shot to the right of Urti Gandarias. Maipures FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Itagui FC's Espiridion Ledrado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Itagui FC from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Maipures FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
