Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernando Brena in the 7th minute of play forced Cuchado's goalkeeper Loco Olvera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Cuchado booed when Iquina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Tixido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Acebo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gutierrre Cembrano in the 14th minute. A collision led to Iquina FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Samuel Algara hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob Villagomez in the 15th minute of play forced Iquina FC's goalkeeper Carlos Acebo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gutierrre Cembrano struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Carlos Acebo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuchado. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hernando Brena in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Loco Olvera saved Cuchado from getting behind. After 25 played minutes Iquina FC got a freekick which was hit by Cayo Mascarañas. If Jacob Villagomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 31 played minutes Cuchado got a freekick which was hit by Luis Pesquera. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Jacob Villagomez took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Carlos Acebo to make any attempt to save it. 36 minutes into the match, Cuchado's goal looked a bit too open when Cayo Mascarañas came free, but Loco Olvera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iquina FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Jacob Villagomez scored to the left of an out of position Carlos Acebo, making the score, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cayo Mascarañas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carlos Acebo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gutierrre Cembrano's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayo Mascarañas in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Loco Olvera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 62 minutes into the game, one of Iquina FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Iquina FC:s Carlos Acebo showed great skill when he stopped Luisito Carmona:s penalty. Cayo Mascarañas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gutierrre Cembrano in the 75th minute of play forced Iquina FC's goalkeeper Carlos Acebo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cuchado's Loco Olvera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Cuchado from getting a goal against them. Eulalio Arteaga's late challenge caught a Iquina FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eulalio Arteaga helped the player get up and apologised. After 79 played minutes Cuchado got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Arteaga. Cayo Mascarañas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Iquina FC's Samuel Algara got a free kick in the 84th minute. Raul Anievas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Loco Olvera. Cuchado's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Carlos Acebo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob Villagomez in the 98th minute of play.
