The audience was convinced that Alex Guiles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aztore Moreyre was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 25 minutes into the match, Gaizko Padolles notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Equipollyn FC's Aztore Moreyre. Aztore Moreyre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaizko Padolles in the 34th minute of the match. Admon Zabaleta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leheren Ugartondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaizko Padolles in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aztore Moreyre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute, Gaizko Padolles made a precise shot to the right of Aztore Moreyre. Equipollyn FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Alex Guiles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leheren Ugartondo made a kick off. A collision led to Equipollyn FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Iratzeder Guitian hit a great ball. When Guamayo FC's Gaizko Padolles in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Equipollyn FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaizko Padolles in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aztore Moreyre saved Equipollyn FC from getting behind. Gaizko Padolles didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-3 via right post in the game's 57th minute. Guamayo FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Lucio Bustillos charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucio Bustillos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 61st minute, Lucio Bustillos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Admon Zabaleta came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Equipollyn FC's Cris Alebio. But to his dismay, Cris Alebio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Alex Guiles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aztore Moreyre having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Equipollyn FC's goalkeeper Aztore Moreyre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alex Guiles. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Guiles got free with Aztore Moreyre in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Equipollyn FC's Aztore Moreyre got control of the ball when Alex Guiles tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute Cris Alebio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Admon Zabaleta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leheren Ugartondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gaizko Padolles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alex Guiles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Gaizko Padolles sped through Equipollyn FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aztore Moreyre. Alex Guiles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aztore Moreyre having to make a save. When the final whistle sounded Guamayo FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Equipollyn FC.
