In the 12th minute Evelio Castrillon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonsalve Danzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evelio Castrillon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Gonsalve Danzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evelio Castrillon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 19th minute, Evelio Castrillon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gonsalve Danzo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Evelio Castrillon put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Gonsalve Danzo. 27 minutes into the match, Humildad y Orgullo's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Castrillon came free, but Gonsalve Danzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mambru Montane made in the 29th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Humildad y Orgullo's Maura Landaluce. After some careless play in the Millonarios FC defense, Osoitz Nocedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eufemio Lino. The Millonarios FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eufemio Lino should have stopped the shot. Gonsalve Danzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Castrillon, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 39thth minute of the game Evelio Castrillon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Humildad y Orgullo's Gonsalve Danzo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gonsalve Danzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Castrillon, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Eufemio Lino didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 43rd minute, which inside left pole to 2-3. Gonsalve Danzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Galoer Lecanda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elias Arizabal was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Humildad y Orgullo's Gonsalve Danzo got control of the ball when Evelio Castrillon tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59thth minute of the game Evelio Castrillon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Humildad y Orgullo's Gonsalve Danzo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 61st minute of the game, Elias Arizabal landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 61 minutes into the game, Mambru Montane was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Millonarios FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Humildad y Orgullo the free kick. When Mambru Montane was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 64 minutes had been played. After 65 played minutes Millonarios FC got a freekick which was hit by Mambru Montane. A collision led to Millonarios FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Pueblo Vasquez hit a great ball. Gonsalve Danzo came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Millonarios FC's Galoer Lecanda. But to his dismay, Galoer Lecanda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Pueblo Vasquez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gonsalve Danzo having to make a save. Gonsalve Danzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pueblo Vasquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Galoer Lecanda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pueblo Vasquez in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gonsalve Danzo saved Humildad y Orgullo from getting behind. The supporters of Millonarios FC booed when Humildad y Orgullo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maura Landaluce didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gonsalve Danzo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 90th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Adolfo Doblas. Stefano Arejola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Galoer Lecanda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Millonarios FC played a much better game than Humildad y Orgullo and deserved their victory. The Humildad y Orgullo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
