Spectators: 6734 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the match, Chihot's Cortez Montesinos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Madeo Galvez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yanaro FC were furious when Diogo Prada was red carded, 7 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. If Cortez Montesinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 12th minute, Paquito Ucieda made a precise shot to the right of Madeo Galvez. Yanaro FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 15 played minutes Chihot got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Caneiro. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Cortez Montesinos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chihot's supporters rose to their feet, but Cortez Montesinos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Madeo Galvez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute, Cortez Montesinos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Madeo Galvez. The goal made the score 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cortez Montesinos in the 28th minute of play forced Yanaro FC's goalkeeper Madeo Galvez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chihot's Ximenez Mulas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerazan Cuartas in the 39th minute of play. Obano Argudo's late challenge caught a Yanaro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Obano Argudo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th minute, Obano Argudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerazan Cuartas struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Ximenez Mulas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yanaro FC. The supporters of Yanaro FC booed when Chihot was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nalo Galan didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Yanaro FC's Gerazan Cuartas in action when he in the 45th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Fulgencio Caneiro kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Firme Hergueta was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Firme Hergueta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yanaro FC's goalkeeper Madeo Galvez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 60 minutes of play Chihot's Nalo Galan was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 61 played minutes Chihot got a freekick which was hit by Nalo Galan. In the 62nd minute of the match Txema Astiago sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ximenez Mulas skillfully saved the ball. After 72 played minutes Chihot got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Prabes. When Txema Astiago came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Yanaro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Txema Astiago couldn't finish the play. Madeo Galvez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paquito Ucieda's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 84th minute, Gerazan Cuartas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gerazan Cuartas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 90 minutes, Anselmo Caroll managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yanaro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Caroll was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paquito Ucieda scored 3-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Madeo Galvez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th minute, Firme Hergueta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
