Vitoria Moiselo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otsoa Helguero, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PLATENSE FC-EXC reached it. If Ponciano Tarrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ponciano Tarrero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ysidro Lalatu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Egun Duyos during the 77th minute. Ysidro Lalatu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ponciano Tarrero, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 86 minutes into the match, PLATENSE FC-EXC's goal looked a bit too open when Delmar Gill came free, but Ysidro Lalatu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, one of PLATENSE FC-EXC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PLATENSE FC-EXC. When Otsoa Helguero came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the PLATENSE FC-EXC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otsoa Helguero couldn't finish the play.
