Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Reimundo Barnuevo started the match with the kick off. After having played for 5 minutes, Admon Rolon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marticas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Admon Rolon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Modesto Sarria charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Modesto Sarria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th match minute, Equipo Balsamina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Sarria to maneuver through the defense. If Admon Rolon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Balesio Heneriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Aznar Lobelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Luar Queto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aznar Lobelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Molinuevo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Bernardino Saenz took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Herminio Cantillo to make any attempt to save it. 24 minutes into the match, Marticas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Sarria came free, but Herminio Cantillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 29 minutes, Jose Molinuevo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marticas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Molinuevo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 30 minutes of play, Marticas FC's Reimundo Barnuevo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aznar Lobelo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Balesio Heneriz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 35th minute of the match Modesto Sarria completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Modesto Sarria a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Modesto Sarria kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Aznar Lobelo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jose Molinuevo's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Victorio Amestoy hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Equipo Balsamina FC's Aznar Lobelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reimundo Barnuevo in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Admon Rolon in the 44th minute of play forced Equipo Balsamina FC's goalkeeper Aznar Lobelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Aloisio Respaldiza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Herminio Cantillo. That made the score 2-1 in the 45 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tuste Larrimbe to make the kick off. If Balesio Heneriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Admon Rolon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aznar Lobelo made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Reimundo Barnuevo sent off a good shot on target. If Reimundo Barnuevo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Admon Rolon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Aznar Lobelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aznar Lobelo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jose Molinuevo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 63 minute of play. Jose Molinuevo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Aznar Lobelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aloisio Respaldiza kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Balesio Heneriz struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Aznar Lobelo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marticas FC. Aznar Lobelo stood somewhat misplaced when Reimundo Barnuevo came free in front of goal and shot 2-4 to the left of him in the 84 minute. Reimundo Barnuevo might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aznar Lobelo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reimundo Barnuevo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Reimundo Barnuevo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Admon Rolon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marticas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Admon Rolon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aznar Lobelo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Admon Rolon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Aloisio Respaldiza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reimundo Barnuevo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marticas FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
