Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Leonardo Pineros made the kick off which started today's match. 2 minutes into the match, Yutao's goal looked a bit too open when Liberto Arlines came free, but Eugenio Matuta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Liberto Arlines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Quiroga booed when Yutao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duarte Notes didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Leonardo Pineros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Cordairo Escoto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute Cefero Maneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Plata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Pineros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liberto Arlines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Matuta having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Cisco Morillas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yutao's supporters rose to their feet, but Cisco Morillas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacarias Plata breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes into the match, Yutao's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Pineros came free, but Eugenio Matuta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Duarte Notes got his second yellow card in the match during the 23rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 24th minute, Duarte Notes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26thth minute of the game Liberto Arlines who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yutao's Eugenio Matuta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 35th minute, Nacho Sagredo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cefero Maneiro's late challenge caught a Quiroga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cefero Maneiro helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Yutao's Cefero Maneiro got a free kick in the 38th minute. After having played for 44 minutes, Liberto Arlines managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quiroga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Liberto Arlines was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Quiroga were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cisco Morillas to strike the kick off in the second half. Zacarias Plata stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrew Loranza's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Xamo Seña kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Quiroga's goal looked a bit too open when Cisco Morillas came free, but Zacarias Plata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Pineros struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Eugenio Matuta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quiroga. 65 minutes into the match, Quiroga's Liberto Arlines sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eugenio Matuta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Liberto Arlines got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cisco Morillas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liberto Arlines recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cordairo Escoto hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Leonardo Pineros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Eugenio Matuta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Yutao! In the 88th minute there was a penalty for Quiroga. Cordairo Escoto stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eugenio Matuta. 0-2. In the 91st match minute, Yutao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nacho Sagredo to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Pineros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Matuta having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Yutao's zone, Leonardo Pineros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugenio Matuta came out of the goal and Leonardo Pineros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Quiroga left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Yutao.
