When Quiroga's Leonardo Pineros in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palogordo's goalie prevented a goal. Leonardo Pineros took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lartaun Porras. Lartaun Porras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Celso Pineros kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Liberto Arlines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lartaun Porras having to interfere. Palogordo's Lartaun Porras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Pineros in the 12th minute of play. Leonardo Pineros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Lartaun Porras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Liberto Arlines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Estebe Bayona took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lartaun Porras. Palogordo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Argoitz Caracedo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Leonardo Pineros scored 0-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lartaun Porras, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Palogordo defense, Liberto Arlines kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lartaun Porras. The Palogordo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lartaun Porras should have stopped the shot. In the 40th match minute, Palogordo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xuoco Yanes to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Quiroga's Leonardo Pineros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lartaun Porras narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half Quiroga were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Lartaun Porras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Pineros, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 54 played minutes Quiroga got a freekick which was hit by Cordairo Escoto. Apolo Escobar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zacarias Plata. Quiroga's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 57th minute Leonardo Pineros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lartaun Porras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Palogordo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karmel Lobera to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute of the match Quiroga got a corner. Palogordo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cordairo Escoto ran over to the corner to take the kick. Liberto Arlines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zacarias Plata stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celso Pineros's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palogordo's goalkeeper Lartaun Porras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Palogordo's zone, Liberto Arlines stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lartaun Porras came out of the goal and Liberto Arlines tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd minute, Salvador Mendiguren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quiroga's Liberto Arlines got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Quiroga's Corderall Galanes got a free kick in the 75th minute. After some careless play in the Quiroga defense, Cornelio Palianza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zacarias Plata. The Quiroga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zacarias Plata should have stopped the shot. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palogordo's goalkeeper Lartaun Porras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Leonardo Pineros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quiroga's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardo Pineros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lartaun Porras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Palogordo getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Eufrasio Pedraza hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Quiroga's Milio Troncoso got a free kick in the 95th minute.
