Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Maria Buron started the match with the kick off. In the 9th minute, Maria Buron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Montae Cumbres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maria Buron during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maria Buron hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Jicaral's Maria Buron got a free kick in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Montae Cumbres in the 19th minute of play forced Jicaral's goalkeeper Lekubegi Pidrola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lekubegi Pidrola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauldi Ruiz in the 20th minute of play. When Chesus Sarri came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Jicaral fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chesus Sarri couldn't finish the play. If Montae Cumbres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Cantillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to tiger fc getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Berto Verdugo hit a great ball. Leonardo Cantillo struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Txurio Mondragon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jicaral. In the 47th minute, Kauldi Ruiz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The tiger fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After the first half tiger fc were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Montae Cumbres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Lekubegi Pidrola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Jicaral's Lekubegi Pidrola got control of the ball when Kauldi Ruiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience held their breath when Chesus Sarri in the 59th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Txurio Mondragon's left hand side. In the 62nd minute Montae Cumbres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lekubegi Pidrola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maria Buron was shown his second yellow card after 63 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Jicaral's Maria Buron got a free kick in the 64th minute. Leonardo Cantillo hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Lekubegi Pidrola was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Xamin Campusano. Lekubegi Pidrola made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Esiquio Coque sent off a good shot on target. Kauldi Ruizs short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Lekubegi Pidrola to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Montae Cumbres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lekubegi Pidrola having to interfere. Lekubegi Pidrola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Montae Cumbres in the 97th minute of play. The tiger fc supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing tiger fc would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
