Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Osvaldo Botas started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Ildefonso Lertora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ildefonso Lertora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute Ponce Mendiola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mark Calonge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mark Calonge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregory Amoros in the 18th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldo Botas in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Vello prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Narciso Bugedo hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute of the match Blai Rotalo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mark Calonge showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Ritchie Palazuelos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guachane's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bureche FC the free kick. After 36 played minutes Guachane got a freekick which was hit by Ritchie Palazuelos. Blai Rotalo, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Osvaldo Botas might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Vello. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Osvaldo Botas ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osvaldo Botas in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastian Vello saved Bureche FC from getting behind. The supporters of Guachane booed when Bureche FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregory Amoros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bureche FC's Sebastian Vello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Botas in the 42nd minute of play. Sebastian Vello made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Isauro Ruescas sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ponce Mendiola to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Isauro Ruescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastian Vello was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Sebastian Vello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isauro Ruescas in the 52nd minute of play. If Osvaldo Botas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. Isauro Ruescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Sebastian Vello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Ponce Mendiola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Isauro Ruescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. After 85 played minutes Bureche FC got a freekick which was hit by Gregory Amoros. Espiridion Dominguez was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 85th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the game, Guachane's Urtzi Acebes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebastian Vello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0.
