Aristides Cerillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felippe Azpiroz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. If Aristides Cerillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francis Gavilanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregory Peinador having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aristides Cerillo to strike the kick off in the second half. A nice corner shot did that Eduardo Tarulla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Felippe Azpiroz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Guilllermo Gaona fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HADES FDC Deus De Futbol's protests and gave Guilllermo Gaona a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th minute, one of HADES FDC Deus De Futbol:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for HADES FDC Deus De Futbol. Felippe Azpiroz had in the 58thth minute some difficulties stopping Eduardo Tarulla's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Felippe Azpiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaztea Piñeiro in the 63rd minute of play. The referee ignored HADES FDC Deus De Futbol's protests and gave Hector-Luis Natal a yellow card for diving instead. Hector-Luis Natal hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match.
