Mediodia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brillantilla FC the free kick. Juan Mirafuentes was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Carlomagno Letran. Oriol Theas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Cadena in the 19th minute of the match. Cordarrell Govelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Juan Mirafuentes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malvin Maimo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eguerdi Ferreras in the 32nd minute of play forced Mediodia's goalkeeper Oriol Theas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mediodia's supporters rose to their feet, but Zumar Aeta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Mirafuentes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Brillantilla FC's Juan Mirafuentes got control of the ball when Fagondo Laiseca tried to sneak it across the goal line.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian Cadena stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oriol Theas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Cadena in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Mediodia booed when Brillantilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Guillen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fagondo Laiseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Mirafuentes having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Cadena in the 68th minute of play forced Mediodia's goalkeeper Oriol Theas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73 played minutes Mediodia got a freekick which was hit by Fagondo Laiseca. In the 76thth minute of the game Fagondo Laiseca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brillantilla FC's Juan Mirafuentes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Mediodia's Etxepare Villaro got a free kick in the 85th minute. Mediodia's Oriol Theas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Mediodia from getting a goal against them.
