Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adolfo Cobreros took the kick off in the first half of the match. Belasko Vinayo kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. The supporters of Fortul FC booed when Mediodia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruy Padierna didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adolfo Cobreros in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oriol Theas saved Mediodia from getting behind. Uzuri Hurtado hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Guipuzkoa Anuncibay's late challenge caught a Mediodia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guipuzkoa Anuncibay helped the player get up and apologised. After 28 played minutes Fortul FC got a freekick which was hit by Guipuzkoa Anuncibay. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Montrel Granell successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fagondo Laiseca in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Montrel Granell, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fagondo Laiseca got free with Montrel Granell in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Fagondo Laiseca came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Mediodia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fagondo Laiseca couldn't finish the play. Adolfo Cobreros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oriol Theas having to interfere. A collision led to Mediodia getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ruy Padierna hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, Ferrer Castaneda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oriol Theas. Mediodia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferrer Castaneda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
In the 56thth minute of the game Cordarrell Govelo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fortul FC's Montrel Granell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fagondo Laiseca in the 57th minute of play forced Fortul FC's goalkeeper Montrel Granell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adolfo Cobreros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Fortul FC defense, Cordarrell Govelo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Montrel Granell. The Fortul FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Montrel Granell should have stopped the shot. After 83 played minutes Fortul FC got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Aponte. Montrel Granell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fagondo Laiseca in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Cobreros in the 86th minute of play forced Mediodia's goalkeeper Oriol Theas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oriol Theas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Cobreros, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Mediodia's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
