After a defensive mix-up in tolima's zone, Ramon Benavidez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harri Robla came out of the goal and Ramon Benavidez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harri Robla didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 29th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 35th minute, Roland Arainz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. tolima's Harri Robla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belarmo Valmayor in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of Florinda FC booed when tolima was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cordaro Ochandiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Cordero Barrenechea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. tolima's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cordero Barrenechea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Florinda FC's goalkeeper Eguzki Respaldiza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

With a little luck, Florinda FC's Eguzki Respaldiza got control of the ball when Estevez Larrechi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 55th minute, Belarmo Valmayor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind tolima's goalkeeper Harri Robla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ramon Benavidez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cordero Barrenechea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Eguzki Respaldiza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 64 minutes, Ramon Benavidez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Harri Robla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belarmo Valmayor in the 71st minute of the match. Paulino Gavilan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cordero Barrenechea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute Cordero Barrenechea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eguzki Respaldiza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eguzki Respaldiza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cordero Barrenechea in the 79th minute. Ramon Benavidez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roland Arainz hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After 94 played minutes tolima got a freekick which was hit by Cordaro Ochandiano. Calvino Prelo succeeded in the game's 95th minute to get real power on a long shot . tolima's Harri Robla hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 3-0! Florinda FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
