The supporters of tolima booed when Shain FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iratzeder Arenchen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute of the match Paulino Gavilan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damaso Ruiz skillfully saved the ball. In the 7th minute Cordero Barrenechea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Ruiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Leheren Cantalapiedra came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Shain FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leheren Cantalapiedra couldn't finish the play. If Totakoxe Olañeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sayvion Calderon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cordaro Ochandiano hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Julian Nembro hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, tolima's goal looked a bit too open when Totakoxe Olañeta came free, but Harri Robla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osorio Camporredondo helped the player get up and apologised. Osorio Camporredondo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Paulino Gavilan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Damaso Ruiz. Shain FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Totakoxe Olañeta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harri Robla having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Urbasa Rocafort got free with Damaso Ruiz in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 38 minutes into the match, Urbasa Rocafort notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Shain FC's Damaso Ruiz. Damaso Ruiz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cordero Barrenechea made a kick off. Castulo Lavet lost his temper 55 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, Shain FC's Castulo Lavet got a free kick in the 56th minute. If Juan-Carlos Amigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Urbasa Rocafort left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The tolima fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Urbasa Rocafort fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Ruiz having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Shain FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cordero Barrenechea came free, but Damaso Ruiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damaso Ruiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbasa Rocafort, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. With a little luck, tolima's Harri Robla got control of the ball when Totakoxe Olañeta tried to sneak it across the goal line.
