Gaizkine Sufiria was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Teodosio Vallines was a little too slow when Guido Uja got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guido Uja in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodosio Vallines saved POYMAS⚽ from getting behind. After 29 played minutes Polar FC got a freekick which was hit by Aloisio Penilla. Polar FC's Gaizkine Sufiria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mincho Abendaño in the 30th minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, POYMAS⚽'s Orland Villamandos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gaizkine Sufiria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Xalvador Dicastillo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guido Uja couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guido Uja in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodosio Vallines prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th minute Mincho Abendaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaizkine Sufiria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesareo Merlo in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gaizkine Sufiria, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice moves Cesareo Merlo could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Gaizkine Sufiria however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 92 minutes, Cesareo Merlo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. POYMAS⚽'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesareo Merlo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The POYMAS⚽ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing POYMAS⚽ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
