Deportivo Pulgarina's Mikolas Berraondo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Danel Tocalanza in the 32 minute of the game. Josias Bertiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raitin Ajamil in the 33rd minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pulgarina's goal looked a bit too open when Juvenal Cosca came free, but Celedonio Jimeno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Galácticos F.C's protests and gave Juvenal Cosca a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Pulgarina's zone, Henrique Ambrosio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celedonio Jimeno came out of the goal and Henrique Ambrosio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Deportivo Pulgarina's Celedonio Jimeno got control of the ball when Juvenal Cosca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zenon Malta hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. If Eriz Navas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
