Egoi Erus started the match with the kick off. TapitaBlanca FC's Dorin Bordeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jobo Marco in the 2nd minute of play. In the 4th minute Salvatore Salazano suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Regis Domingo's late challenge caught a Amaiteo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Regis Domingo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to TapitaBlanca FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Regis Domingo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in TapitaBlanca FC's zone, Heitor Pecha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorin Bordeanu came out of the goal and Heitor Pecha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Amaiteo's Darien Oterino got a free kick in the 16th minute. TapitaBlanca FC's Egoi Erus was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 17th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. With his leg Matai Rebolleda managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when TapitaBlanca FC's Egoi Erus fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to TapitaBlanca FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Matei Fanego hit a great ball. Matai Rebolleda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Colon Garantos in the 29th minute of the match. Dorin Bordeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loi Para, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Amaiteo's Jobo Marco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorin Bordeanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Jobo Marco struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Dorin Bordeanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amaiteo. In the 38th match minute, TapitaBlanca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Espiridion Sabugal to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, Darien Oterino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute, Egoi Erus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jobo Marco was the one to do the kick off. Espiridion Sabugal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matai Rebolleda having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Amaiteo's Jeronimo Montoia got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 54th match minute, TapitaBlanca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Regis Domingo to maneuver through the defense. Oier Mendigoitia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amaiteo's Jobo Marco got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Formerio Giribet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Egoi Erus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Egoi Erus took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matai Rebolleda. Matai Rebolleda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Thanks to some nice moves Jobo Marco could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Dorin Bordeanu however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, TapitaBlanca FC's Espiridion Sabugal got a free kick in the 85th minute. Jobo Marco hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Egoi Erus in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matai Rebolleda saved Amaiteo from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Egoi Erus in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matai Rebolleda prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
