Erruki Almaraz might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zeledon Cuadrado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erruki Almaraz ran back to his position shaking his head. If Aldo Roches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeledon Cuadrado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erruki Almaraz in the 47th minute of play forced Serrapio's goalkeeper Zeledon Cuadrado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erruki Almaraz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Aldo Roches left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Curramba FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Erramun Henriquez kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Aldo Roches scored 6-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zeledon Cuadrado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zeledon Cuadrado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erruki Almaraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zeledon Cuadrado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zeledon Cuadrado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erruki Almaraz in the 82nd minute of play. Urdin Gallo's late challenge caught a Serrapio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Urdin Gallo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th minute, Urdin Gallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeledon Cuadrado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Roches in the 87th minute of play. Zeledon Cuadrado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erruki Almaraz in the 89th minute of the match. Erruki Almaraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Cuadrado having to interfere.
