Eduino Aladro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Oliveiro Barrachina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siro Mañon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leo Cereijais went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Remir Reguer hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the match, Aruco's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Cereijais came free, but Siro Mañon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Aruco getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Guilllermo Cosmen hit a great ball. 46 minutes in the game, Omero Mirafuentes fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eduino Aladro having to interfere. After 46 played minutes Garibaldi got a freekick which was hit by Raul Sudupe. If Oliveiro Barrachina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Javier Bascones could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Siro Mañon made a huge save. After having played for 56 minutes, Leo Cereijais managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garibaldi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Cereijais was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aruco's Siro Mañon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Cereijais in the 60th minute of play. Eduino Aladro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerano Verdeces, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Aruco's Huly Cid got a free kick in the 65th minute. Leo Cereijais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Siro Mañon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felipo Cariga scored 2-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eduino Aladro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Omero Mirafuentes's late challenge caught a Garibaldi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Omero Mirafuentes helped the player get up and apologised. Jerano Verdeces hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Javier Bascones succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 78th playminute. Oliveiro Barrachina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduino Aladro having to interfere. The supporters of Garibaldi booed when Aruco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipo Cariga didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Leo Cereijais managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garibaldi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Cereijais was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aruco were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
