With a little luck, Balit's Daunte Noguerol got control of the ball when Mateo Copeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Balit's Daunte Noguerol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Balit from getting a goal against them. Fertus Jaraba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daunte Noguerol having to interfere. Mateo Copeiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daunte Noguerol having to make a save. Benet Baul's late challenge caught a Santa Fe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benet Baul helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Benet Baul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 13 played minutes Balit got a freekick which was hit by Hever Guajardo. After having played for 14 minutes, Mateo Copeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santa Fe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateo Copeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Balit's goalkeeper Daunte Noguerol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fertus Jaraba. In the 19th minute, Gervaso Retortillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bitxintxo Munguira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daunte Noguerol having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Balit's zone, Fertus Jaraba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daunte Noguerol came out of the goal and Fertus Jaraba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Daunte Noguerol successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fertus Jaraba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daunte Noguerol having to interfere. Duarte Vecilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daunte Noguerol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. When Fertus Jaraba came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Santa Fe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fertus Jaraba couldn't finish the play. Mateo Copeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daunte Noguerol having to interfere. Gervaso Retortillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fertus Jaraba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daunte Noguerol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. If Gervaso Retortillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Balit's Daunte Noguerol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fertus Jaraba in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fertus Jaraba to make the kick off. Daunte Noguerol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fertus Jaraba, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Gervaso Retortillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 56th match minute, Santa Fe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bitxintxo Munguira to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Santa Fe's Bitxintxo Munguira got a free kick in the 59th minute. Gelacio Sedillo was a little too slow when Chorache Meruelo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-1. After 62 minutes, Delmar Carrios mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santa Fe and the Balit players grew even worse after the yellow card. Delmar Carrios kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute of the match, Chorache Meruelo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gelacio Sedillo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fertus Jaraba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daunte Noguerol having to make a save. Santa Fe's Fertus Jaraba got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Benet Baul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chorache Meruelo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gelacio Sedillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute Fertus Jaraba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daunte Noguerol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cordareo Eraso kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute of the match Macias Medeiros sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gelacio Sedillo skillfully saved the ball. In the 85th minute, Bitxintxo Munguira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Fertus Jaraba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervaso Retortillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Daunte Noguerol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateo Copeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cordareo Eraso lost his temper 96 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Santa Fe fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! Gelacio Sedillo went to the wrong direction when Macias Medeiros was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Santa Fe were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
