In the 20thth minute of the game Andre Acebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soloazul FC's Vedillo Bravain was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Astigar Olate managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soloazul FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Astigar Olate was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Natanael Mendaña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jairo Irastorza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Natanael Mendaña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Irastorza having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Josepe Inestrosa during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, la cokiña f.c's Josepe Inestrosa got a free kick in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andre Acebo in the 41st minute of play forced Soloazul FC's goalkeeper Vedillo Bravain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. la cokiña f.c's Jairo Irastorza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save la cokiña f.c from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Andre Acebo made the kick off in the second half. Soloazul FC's Vedillo Bravain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andre Acebo in the 51st minute of play. The throw-in from Ciro Ezquibela in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Soloazul FC's Xilo Matamoro. After 58 minutes of play, Soloazul FC's Natanael Mendaña made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jairo Irastorza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Natanael Mendaña blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jairo Irastorza having to make a save. During the 64th minute of the match Ordono Muro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ordono Muro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to la cokiña f.c getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Ordono Muro hit a great ball. Jairo Irastorza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Medero Atencio in the 65th minute of play. A throw-in in the 70th minute of the game was made by Azeari Adrada with Natanael Mendaña as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The supporters of Soloazul FC booed when la cokiña f.c was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Ezquibela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Josepe Inestrosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vedillo Bravain having to interfere. After 82 played minutes Soloazul FC got a freekick which was hit by Macias Nueva. When Gaitano Zamanillo fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored la cokiña f.c's protests and gave Gaitano Zamanillo a yellow card for diving instead. Gaitano Zamanillo hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Soloazul FC's Gelmiro Abecia got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Astigar Olate in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by la cokiña f.c's Weterio Casadevante. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Soloazul FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while la cokiña f.c had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
