In the 9th minute Ernesto Unai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Torsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernesto Unai took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jarl Torsberg. Jarl Torsberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Cristales's Jarl Torsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Unai in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Ernesto Unai left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amazonas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Jarl Torsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Unai in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Ernesto Unai notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Cristales's Jarl Torsberg. Jarl Torsberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Ernesto Unai came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Amazonas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernesto Unai couldn't finish the play. The Amazonas fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Amazonas's Ernesto Unai looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Ernesto Unai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jarl Torsberg was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. 44 minutes into the match, Ernesto Unai notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Cristales's Jarl Torsberg. Jarl Torsberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raul Carulla to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Amazonas's Ernesto Unai ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jarl Torsberg. Jarl Torsberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. Jarl Torsberg came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Amazonas's Ernesto Unai. But to his dismay, Ernesto Unai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. In the 66th minute, Amazonas's Ernesto Unai ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jarl Torsberg. Jarl Torsberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12. 73 minutes into the match, Ernesto Unai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jarl Torsberg. Cristales's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernesto Unai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-13. Ernesto Unai received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jarl Torsberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Ernesto Unai slotted it home off the left post making it 0-15 in the 82nd minute. When Raul Carulla came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Amazonas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Carulla couldn't finish the play. Ernesto Unai didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-16 via right post in the game's 93rd minute. Amazonas's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The Cristales fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Amazonas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
