The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Akatowari SAS's Goyo Cores got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 7 minutes into the game, Ulisses Campidelis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ramiro Ganchegui was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 14th match minute, Akatowari SAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorio Arzube to maneuver through the defense. Ramiro Ganchegui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulisses Campidelis in the 19th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Ramiro Ganchegui successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Baiardo Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baiardo Torres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arí Cunha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Baiardo Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ulisses Campidelis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Ramiro Ganchegui made a huge save. A collision led to CAN FC. getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ulisses Campidelis hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Alzorbe during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Akatowari SAS booed when CAN FC. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Alzorbe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36thth minute of the game Lisandro Navagos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CAN FC.'s Arí Cunha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as CAN FC.'s Ulisses Campidelis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ramiro Ganchegui. That made the score 2-0 after 40 minutes of play. The supporters of CAN FC. booed when Akatowari SAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baiardo Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Ulisses Campidelis made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Ulisses Campidelis made a precise shot to the right of Ramiro Ganchegui. Akatowari SAS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 58th minute, Ulisses Campidelis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Akatowari SAS's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Matoš came free, but Ramiro Ganchegui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute Lisandro Navagos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arí Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Blasi Pinazas managed to get in a good position for a shot. CAN FC.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Blasi Pinazas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramiro Ganchegui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 76 played minutes Akatowari SAS got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Lanis. CAN FC.'s Washington Xavier got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Akatowari SAS's Ramiro Ganchegui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yetkiner Parskan in the 83rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Ulisses Campidelis put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ramiro Ganchegui. Ramiro Ganchegui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulisses Campidelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. If Gregorio Arzube had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Goyo Cores sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CAN FC. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Akatowari SAS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
