The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Azubeli Mojon in the 5th minute of play forced MAMBAS's goalkeeper Telesforo Miera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Eztebe Cantoral came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the MAMBAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eztebe Cantoral couldn't finish the play. Eztebe Cantoral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gumaro Casanova read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Telesforo Miera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ugaitz Sisneros in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Sengrat Jimeno made a precise shot to the right of Gumaro Casanova. Balones pinchados's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 22 minutes, Moise Verdeces mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balones pinchados and the MAMBAS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Moise Verdeces hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Hector-Luis Munet might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Telesforo Miera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hector-Luis Munet ran back to his position shaking his head. 28 minutes into the match, Azubeli Mojon notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of MAMBAS's Telesforo Miera. Telesforo Miera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 31 played minutes MAMBAS got a freekick which was hit by Dalmu Ajamil. When Azubeli Mojon came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Balones pinchados fans jumped to their feet. Bernaldo Quintairos kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Azubeli Mojon made a precise shot to the right of Telesforo Miera. MAMBAS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After the first half Balones pinchados were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Txema Lueje to make the kick off. Dalmu Ajamil hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Aznaro Pereira came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Telesforo Miera could save by the left post. Telesforo Miera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector-Luis Munet in the 56th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leobardo Cubero during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Balones pinchados's Leobardo Cubero got a free kick in the 57th minute. MAMBAS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Azubeli Mojon scored to the left of an out of position Telesforo Miera, making the score, 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Azubeli Mojon got free with Telesforo Miera in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Telesforo Miera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aznaro Pereira went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. In the 70th match minute, Balones pinchados was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvanito Artes to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Balones pinchados's zone, Bernardo Beranga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gumaro Casanova came out of the goal and Bernardo Beranga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Balones pinchados's Ugaitz Sisneros got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute Hector-Luis Munet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Telesforo Miera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Bernardo Beranga notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Balones pinchados's Gumaro Casanova. Gumaro Casanova was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Balones pinchados booed when MAMBAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sengrat Jimeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. MAMBAS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Aznaro Pereira scored to the left of an out of position Telesforo Miera, making the score, 2-5. In the 95th minute, Balones pinchados's Azubeli Mojon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-6.
