Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Baraquiel Borizar started the match with the kick off. Tulio Armendarez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xicu Ibias in the 4th minute. The supporters of Wolf Vision booed when Matapalito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuste Afonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 9 minutes, Xicu Ibias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wolf Vision's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xicu Ibias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 19 played minutes Matapalito got a freekick which was hit by Machado Peinador. Xicu Ibias who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Tulio Armendarez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Florentino Lagarejos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Caras in the 21st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xicu Ibias got free with Tulio Armendarez in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jairo Caras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Florentino Lagarejos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tulio Armendarez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igon Percaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the Matapalito defense, Xicu Ibias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tulio Armendarez. The Matapalito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tulio Armendarez should have stopped the shot. Tulio Armendarez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baraquiel Borizar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tulio Armendarez was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Igon Percaz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Igon Percaz really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Matapalito's Tulio Armendarez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Matapalito from getting a goal against them. After 44 minutes, Cordeiro Bodega mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wolf Vision and the Matapalito players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cordeiro Bodega kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jairo Caras to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Baraquiel Borizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tulio Armendarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 53 played minutes Wolf Vision got a freekick which was hit by Niolaao Fortis. Tulio Armendarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baraquiel Borizar in the 56th minute of the match. Jairo Caras struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Florentino Lagarejos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matapalito. Cebo Millares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Lagarejos having to interfere. In the 63rd minute of the match Tadzio Maria shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tulio Armendarez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cebo Millares was extremely unlucky when he, in the 64th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Florentino Lagarejos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rik Valiño, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Niolaao Fortis was shown his second yellow card after 66 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Matapalito booed when Wolf Vision was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niolaao Fortis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florentino Lagarejos was a little too slow when Rik Valiño got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Wolf Vision's zone, Jairo Caras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florentino Lagarejos came out of the goal and Jairo Caras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tuste Afonso hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. If Jairo Caras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wolf Vision's goalkeeper Florentino Lagarejos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xicu Ibias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Tulio Armendarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jairo Caras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Lagarejos having to interfere. The Wolf Vision support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
