But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that German Senzano couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-1 when German Senzano sped through Estudiantes jr's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dan Bergman. In the 41st minute, Yiyo Olozagoitia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Segovia FC's Unai Porregimon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iago Saribiarte in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for German Senzano to strike the kick off in the second half. Segovia FC's Unai Porregimon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocente Ruiz in the 52nd minute of play. After 74 minutes of play, Estudiantes jr's Rutenio Mangual made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Unai Porregimon was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 79th minute, Eusebio Cascallana made a precise shot to the right of Unai Porregimon. Segovia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. In the 84th minute of the match Rutenio Mangual sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Unai Porregimon skillfully saved the ball. Unai Porregimon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Cascallana in the 87th minute of the match. If German Senzano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Segovia FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Estudiantes jr.
