Xan Capitan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Meendez Vango hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Sporting Cristal F.C.'s Haritz Soraiz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After some careless play in the Sporting Cristal F.C. defense, Bruno Ciaran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lalla Respaldiza. The Sporting Cristal F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lalla Respaldiza should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, EL TIERNITO FC's Gabon Magarinos got control of the ball when Zdeněk Zajíc tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th minute Xan Capitan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabon Magarinos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, EL TIERNITO FC's Andrew Clemente got a free kick in the 51st minute. When Orland Tella came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the EL TIERNITO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orland Tella couldn't finish the play. Xan Capitan scored 2-2 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabon Magarinos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gabon Magarinos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xan Capitan went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After 77 played minutes Sporting Cristal F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cayo Villalambrus. Gabon Magarinos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xan Capitan in the 80th minute of the match. Zdeněk Zajíc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Gabon Magarinos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xan Capitan in the 85th minute of play forced EL TIERNITO FC's goalkeeper Gabon Magarinos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabon Magarinos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xan Capitan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Orland Tella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lalla Respaldiza having to interfere. EL TIERNITO FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Sporting Cristal F.C. had won, even though EL TIERNITO FC had held more of the ball.
