If Dalmu Ajamil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of MAMBAS booed when Segovia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mergildo Vincens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmu Ajamil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Unai Porregimon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36thth minute of the game German Senzano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MAMBAS's Telesforo Miera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Eztebe Cantoral came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the MAMBAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eztebe Cantoral couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute Eztebe Cantoral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Unai Porregimon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Segovia FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Dalmu Ajamil came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the MAMBAS fans jumped to their feet. In the 53rd minute, Dalmu Ajamil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Belasko Betzanos's late challenge caught a MAMBAS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. A collision led to MAMBAS getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Dalmu Ajamil hit a great ball. Unai Porregimon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sengrat Jimeno in the 88th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Sengrat Jimeno managed to get in a good position for a shot. MAMBAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Sengrat Jimeno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Unai Porregimon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 93rd minute Sengrat Jimeno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Unai Porregimon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Txema Lueje fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Unai Porregimon having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see MAMBAS lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
