Barranquito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ourente Cero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celso Bobadilla in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cilio Alvadalejo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dominic Munguira got free with Cilio Alvadalejo in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Celso Bobadilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute Antonio Vesga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xzavion Romerano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 played minutes Guiripa FC got a freekick which was hit by Kauldi Oliba. 44 minutes into the match, Barranquito's Ourente Cero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xzavion Romerano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antonio Vesga to make the kick off. Xzavion Romerano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Vesga, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. A collision led to Guiripa FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Erasto Añoza hit a great ball. Xzavion Romerano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ourente Cero went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ourente Cero might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xzavion Romerano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ourente Cero ran back to his position shaking his head. Timoteo Orio hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute of the match, Ourente Cero got a very nice opportunity to score, but Xzavion Romerano was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 89th minute of the match Eulalio Lance shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cilio Alvadalejo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 91 minutes in the game, Ourente Cero fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Xzavion Romerano having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Antonio Vesga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ourente Cero got free with Xzavion Romerano in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Barranquito had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
