Cilio Alvadalejo came out of the goal and Ivan Macaneață tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Ivan Macaneață took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Cilio Alvadalejo to make any attempt to save it. Rocendo Ecija sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivan Macaneață received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Cilio Alvadalejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 22 minutes of play, Cucunuba's Yang Feng Zhen made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cilio Alvadalejo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cilio Alvadalejo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Macaneață, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yang Feng Zhen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Cilio Alvadalejo made a huge save. Cilio Alvadalejo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Macaneață in the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of Cucunuba booed when Barranquito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ourente Cero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivan Macaneață sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th match minute, Barranquito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Adrian to maneuver through the defense. Yang Feng Zhen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antonio Vesga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Cucunuba getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Xiao Cordova hit a great ball. 52 minutes into the match, Barranquito's Bazkoare Montero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Todor Urtado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 70 played minutes Barranquito got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Adrian. Ourente Cero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivan Macaneață fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cilio Alvadalejo having to interfere. Cilio Alvadalejo came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Cucunuba's Yang Feng Zhen. But to his dismay, Yang Feng Zhen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Ivan Macaneață received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Cilio Alvadalejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yang Feng Zhen in the 85th minute of play forced Barranquito's goalkeeper Cilio Alvadalejo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cucunuba's Yang Feng Zhen got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Barranquito's goal looked a bit too open when Corderro Marañon came free, but Cilio Alvadalejo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cucunuba's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
